We take the job all the way. Not a haul-away that leaves a filthy house behind, and not a clean that has to wait for somebody else to clear the rooms first.
- Sort and clutter removal. We work alongside you at your pace. Valuables, photos, and documents are set aside first, and nothing leaves without your say-so.
- Restoration deep clean. Once the rooms are clear, floors, walls, kitchens, bathrooms, and every surface get a top-to-bottom clean.
- Sanitizing and odor treatment. We treat the source of the smell, not just the air above it.
- Biohazard, when it is present. Handled by our trained, equipped team with proper disposal.

We Handle What Most Cleaners Will Not
Some of these homes have contamination in them: human or animal waste, bodily fluids, spoiled food, or pest activity that has been there a long time. That work is handled by our own trained and equipped team, using proper protective equipment and regulated-waste disposal. It is quoted per incident, on top of the cleanup quote, because it costs more to do it correctly.
If we find large-scale mold or structural damage, we will tell you plainly. We assess it, and where it is beyond cleaning we bring in the right trade rather than painting over it.

A free, confidential visit. We look at the whole home, listen to what you want out of it, and build a plan. No pressure to book anything on the day.
2. Agree scope, pace, and quote
You get it in writing: what we are doing, in what order, over how many days, and what it costs. Nothing starts until you say so.
3. The work
Sort, remove, clean, sanitize, deodorize. You can be there the whole time or not at all. If a day becomes too much, we stop and pick it up tomorrow.
4. Final walkthrough
We walk the home together and fix anything you are not happy with before we call it finished.

Yes. We keep the job private. It is not discussed outside the team working on it, we do not post photos of your home, and if you would rather the neighbours saw nothing, we keep vehicles and branding off the street. Many of the people who call us have not told anyone else yet.
No. We are not inspectors and we do not report the condition of a home to a landlord, an agency, a family member, or anyone else. Hoarding is a recognised mental-health condition, not a character flaw, and we have been in enough of these homes that nothing surprises us. The one exception that applies to every person in Utah is a situation where a child or a vulnerable adult is in danger, which the law requires anyone to report.
After a walkthrough. A hoarding job is priced on the volume that has to come out, the condition of the home underneath it, how many people and days it takes, disposal fees, and whether any contamination needs special handling. Square footage on its own tells us very little. You get one written scope and one quote before anyone starts.

Most projects run from one day to several. A single heavily packed room can take a full day on its own. Whole-home work is usually staged across several days so the resident is never overwhelmed. We give you a realistic timeline in the quote rather than an optimistic one.
Yes, removal and hauling are part of the job. We sort into keep, donate, and discard, take donations where a charity will accept them, and dispose of the rest. Very large volumes may need a dumpster on site, and if so it is in the quote before we start.
