Eight Cities. One Standard.

I'm Jesse Casillas Jr., and I run My Pristine Home out of Draper. The cities on this page aren't a marketing wish list — they're the communities I actually drive to, clean in, and care about. Draper is home base. Sandy is right next door. Lehi, Herriman, Highland, and Vineyard fill in the rest of our footprint across the southern Salt Lake Valley and into northern Utah County. I know these neighborhoods. I've cleaned in hundreds of homes across all of them. Alpine and Saratoga Springs sit at the two outer edges of that footprint — Alpine just north of Highland, Saratoga Springs just west of Lehi — and both are now part of the area we cover.

Here's the honest truth about a small, quality-focused team: we can't serve everyone. We're not a franchise. We don't just hire bodies to fill a truck. I personally vet every cleaner who goes into a client's home, and that takes time. So we stay inside this footprint because that's where we can actually do exceptional work — not just adequate work, but the kind of clean that makes people text their friends and say "you have to try this service." That's the only version of this business I'm interested in running.

Two of those cities used to be on the "call me and we'll see" list, and they're not any more. Alpine and Saratoga Springs are part of the area we cover. Both sit at the edge of it — Alpine north of Highland, Saratoga Springs west of Lehi — so scheduling in either one is arranged around the routes we already run. Call and we'll confirm what works for your address. And if you're somewhere genuinely outside the list — South Jordan or Bluffdale, say — call me anyway. The answer might surprise you. Where Exactly We Clean

In Draper, we cover everything from the hillside homes in Suncrest — where the views are incredible and the dust from the canyon winds is relentless — all the way down to the newer streets in Traverse Ridge and Corner Canyon. South Mountain, Draper Peaks, and the communities close to the Eagle Mountain border are all part of our regular route. Sandy clients come from Alta Canyon, Pepperwood, Sandy Hills, Dimple Dell, Quarry Bend, and the Crescent area. Actually — let me be more specific about Sandy. The homes in Alta Canyon and Pepperwood tend to be larger and on bigger lots. The families in Sandy Hills and Quarry Bend are often dual-income households with kids who've outgrown the house in about three years. Different situations, same need: a reliable team they can trust to show up and do it right.

Lehi has grown fast. We've been serving Traverse Mountain since before half those streets were even finished. Ivory Ridge, Holbrook Farms, Traverse Crossing, North Fields — we know all of them. The new construction volume in Lehi means a significant part of our work there is move-in cleaning: getting construction residue out of brand-new homes so families can actually live in them. There's a specific kind of fine drywall dust that settles into new cabinet interiors that looks clean until you wipe it — and then you see the gray on the cloth. We get it all.

Herriman's communities — Butterfield Canyon, Copper Hills, Herriman Towne Center, Rosecrest, and The Cove — are spread out across a city that's still actively growing. The square footage in Herriman is real. A 3,000 square foot home with an open floor plan and tile throughout takes time to clean properly. We don't rush it. Highland keeps us busy in Grove Creek, Highland Acres, Pheasant Run, and Dry Creek. Those are beautiful homes with high-quality finishes, and the clients there know the difference between a clean that looked right in dim light and a clean that holds up in a sunny kitchen at noon. And in Vineyard, we're regularly cleaning along the town center corridor and the newer streets along 400 West — a lot of young families in their first or second home, figuring out that maintaining a 2,400 square foot house is harder than it looked at the open house.

Alpine and Saratoga Springs are the two newest additions, and they sit at opposite edges of the map. Alpine is directly north of Highland on the Wasatch slopes, near the mouth of American Fork Canyon — a small city, just over 10,000 people, where the window tracks and entryways usually take the brunt of being that close to the canyon. Saratoga Springs is the opposite end: straight west of Lehi on the northwestern shore of Utah Lake, and one of the fastest-growing cities in the state — 1,003 residents in 2000, 37,696 in 2020. Most of the work there is new construction, which means move-in and post-construction cleans rather than years of accumulated grime.
