What’s Included in a Turnover
A turnover is not a house clean. Your guest is comparing the place to a hotel, and the review lands within hours. So we run every Salt Lake City property back to the same reset standard, every single time, and we finish before the next check-in.
- Full clean to a reset standard. Every room returns to the same baseline, so the property looks the way it did in your listing photos.
- Fresh linens and towels. We strip, launder or swap in your spare set, and make the beds hotel-style.
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitizing. High-touch surfaces, fixtures, inside the microwave, the fridge, and the coffee maker.
- Restock of consumables. Paper, soap, coffee, trash liners, and anything else your listing promises.
- Staged, photo-ready finish. Pillows squared, remotes where guests look for them, blinds and lighting set.
- Damage and low-supply reporting. Photographed and sent to you the same day.
Same-Day Check-In Ready
