Moving out of a rental in Utah is stressful enough without worrying about whether the property will pass your landlord's inspection. But a thorough move-out clean is one of the most important steps toward getting your full security deposit returned — and most renters underestimate how thorough it needs to be.
This checklist covers every room and every task your landlord or property manager will likely check. Use it as a room-by-room guide whether you are doing the cleaning yourself or confirming that a professional service has covered everything.
